Cuts Lawn Care Service Agreement
Cuts Lawn Care LLC – Service Agreement for all Clients of Cuts Lawn Care LLC.
Date of Operations
- Monday–Friday, 7am – 7pm
(Gates must be unlocked for service. Clients will be charged full price if gates are locked upon arrival. A return fee applies if we are called back to complete service.) - Mowing services operate from March – December, but can be provided year-round upon request.
- Leaf clean-up/removal starts in November and continues until leaves stop dropping.
(Charged at business rate per man hour, includes labor, supplies, and disposal. We will try to maintain the maintenance price if kept on schedule until completed.)
Services Provided
- Mowing
(All toys and pet waste must be picked up prior to service. Fees apply if not.) - Flower Bed Maintenance
(Initial clean-up must be scheduled before regular maintenance begins.)
Pricing for Services

(Overgrown fee waived for weekly clients or clients who allow us to dictate the schedule.) - Flower bed maintenance
All prices are subject to applicable sales tax.
Billing Cycle
- Billing is done after each service unless enrolled in a monthly payment plan or contract.
- Cuts Lawn Care LLC does not require a card on file, but we can accommodate upon request.
- All payments are due within 48 hours of invoice.
Weekly/Biweekly Clients:
- Payment due 14 calendar days from invoice date.
- A 25% late fee will be added to the balance after 14 days past due.
- This late fee recurs every 14 days until paid.
Monthly Payment Plan Clients:
- Payment due 7 days from invoice date.
- A 25% late fee will be added after 7 days past due.
- This late fee recurs every 7 days until paid.
If payment is not made before the next scheduled service, all future services will be canceled and applicable late fees will apply.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 48-hour cancellation notice is required for mowing services.
- If cancellation is made within 48 hours or less, the full service charge will apply.
- After two consecutive cancellations without proper notice, services will be suspended until further notice.
- Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
- If a project/service is canceled after work has started, the client is responsible for all labor and material costs incurred up to that point.
Additional Terms
Cuts Lawn Care LLC reserves the right to update terms and conditions.
The latest version will always be available upon request.
Customer must provide access to the property for scheduled services.
Customer is responsible for marking underground utilities, unless otherwise agreed.
Customer must keep the area clear of toys, pet waste, and debris before mowing services.
This agreement will automatically renew each year unless terminated in writing by either party.
Termination requires at least 48 hours’ written notice (email, text, or mail) before the next scheduled service.
Verbal termination is not accepted.
